(Code for the Protection of Personal Data)

Dear Customer, pursuant to law art. 13 d. lgs. 196/2003, regarding the protection of personal details and in reference to the sensitive data and identification information that the Agency Via dei Colli Immobiliare, Via Umbria, 53, 06132 S. Martino in Colle, Italy • Perugia , P. IVA 03427590231, will enter into possession, we inform you of the following.

  1. FINAL USE OF THE DATA.

The treatment of which is intended only pursuant to the correct and complete execution of intermediation in the acquisition of properties and in the legal process of auctioning and selling property.

  1. METHOD OF DATA STOREAGE.
  2. The treatment of said data is performed by means of transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) of the Legal Code: collection, recording, organization, storage, consulting, development, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data;
  3. Said operations can be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated involvement while still taking advantage of the latest technologies to optimize production processes such as: database, management software, internet and email, as well as digital image processing.
  4. The treatment of said data is done by the owner and/or dedicated personnel, belonging to the commercial, secretariat, administration or management sector of www.propertyauctionsitaly.com/
  5. CONFERMENT OF DATA.

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the performance of the activities referred to in point 1.

  1. REFUSAL OF CONFERMENT OF DATA.

The provision of personal data is, in principle, optional. However, the agent will not be able to carry out their ordinary due diligence without the collection of data, for people wishing to use the brokerage service,  it is to be considered mandatory and the relative treatment of said datafor the purposes declared does NOT require the consent of the client.

  1. TRANSFERENCE OF THE DATA

Personal data may be known by representatives of Via dei Colli Immobiliare and may be disclosed for the purposes of paragraph 1 to internal staff or outside the structure. The data provided by the customer will also be handled for the purposes of the Anti-money laundering laws and in particular to the dictates given by the Regulations on Identification and Conservation of Information envisaged by the Legislative Decree no. 56/2004 and adopted by Ministerial Decree 143/2006.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

  1. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD.

Personal data may be transferred to EU countries for the purposes of paragraph 1.

  1. SENSITIVE DATA

The Agency, undertakes the collection and if needed use of personal information solely in order to provide a high quality, satisfactory service. In such cases, the Agency shall proceed only if it has obtained the written consent of the individual client.

Hereby the applicant authorizes the Agency to publish their personal data and any other information relating to the property possibly of a personal nature such mortgage, prejudicial registrations, transcriptions, whether in their favour or disfavor, and any other useful information for purposes of this assignment, within the website Property Auctions Italy to which it belongs in order to better sell the property it has been assigned

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTRESTED PARTY

Article. 7 of the legal Code gives the interested party certain rights, including the right to obtain, from the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data and the possibility to request a copy of said stored data, providing it in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the holder and means by which the data can be transmitted; the intrested party has the right to obtain the updated, rectified and full copy of data, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or to block details that are shown to be stored or handled in a way not pursuant in violation of the law; the person has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data.
